I come from a family of late bloomers.
I hadn’t held a newborn baby for over 20 years.
So when my nephew was born 2 months ago, I knew that he was going to change the dynamic in our family to something really beautiful.
I ADORE him.
And I’m always the first to have cuddles when the family gets together because if my Grandmother gets a hold of him she will NOT give him up for aaaaaages!
He is just this little tiny helpless thing you just want to snuggle and dote over and protect fiercely.
Babies really are blessings, you know?
And you know who else are blessings?
Your customers.
People you don’t know who choose to invest in you and your business and the offers you created for them.
Think about that for a moment.
People you don’t know who CHOOSE to give you their money.
What an honour. What a privilege that is.
And that same love and adoration I have for my adorable little nephew, is the same that I give to each and every customer and sale that comes through.
Here’s what that looks like:
- When a sale comes through, the first thing I do is feel the excitement in my body.
- I then.. don’t laugh.. kiss my phone OR blow kisses to the sales notification (but really to the customer who just purchased the product) in like a cute way, not a weird way. 😂
- THEN I read out the customers name and I say AND feel in my heart, “10x the amount of abundance comes back to you, Amy!” – this makes it even more real that there is a person who chose to give me their money and I want to honour them for that.
- And then I usually yell out loud or say matter-of-factly to myself, “IT GETS TO BE EASY!!!!!” Cementing my belief even more.
I do this multiple times a day.
Whether it’s a $7 dollar sale or a $497 dollar sale.
I send the same loving energy to my customers as I do my nephew (except I can give him real kisses and it’s not weird 😅).
It doesn’t just have to be with sales either.
Any emails that you receive, comments on your posts, messages in your DM’s etc..
Send alllll the love, let it vibrate out into the universe and watch as it comes right back to you tenfold.
Loving your customers might very well be the most profitable thing you ever do.
